5-year warranty

Recycled cardboard and no paper

Our boxes are recycled cardboard, with no plastic coating and no glossy finish. New boxes are unprinted: printing a box uses ink, solvents and energy and makes the product dearer without giving you anything. For some models we are using up every last printed box we have in the warehouse before moving to unprinted recycled cardboard: throwing them away would be a waste.

And there is no paper inside. The instructions and the warranty are online, always at hand, and they never get lost. That saves paper and ink, and they are always up to date: if we improve something, we update them straight away.

Frequently asked questions

What is it for?

For yoga, pilates, stretching, meditation or floor exercises. It takes the chill off the floor and keeps your body warm throughout the session.

How much power does it use?

It has three levels: 87, 98 and 126 W.

Can I use it without plugging it in?

Yes. Outdoors or in summer it works like a normal mat: roll it up, carry it on your shoulder and use it in the countryside, the mountains or on the beach.

Does it switch off by itself?

Yes: it switches itself off after 10 hours of continuous use, in case it is left on after your workout.

If the mat switches off, how do I reset it?

It switches itself off after 10 hours of continuous use. Set the control to 0 for 5 seconds and choose the level again: ready for your next stretching or yoga session.

How do I clean it?

With a damp cloth, or wash the cover in cold water.

Is it the same as the bed warmer?

No. The TRAINING is for the floor and exercise; the Under Bed bed warmer goes under the mattress.

What warranty does it have?

It has a 5-year warranty, plus 90 days to return it if you are not happy.

What do I do with it when it stops working?

It is an electrical appliance, so it does not go in the bin. Take it to a recycling point, or hand it in at the shop when you buy an equivalent one, as the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) rules require.
