The fixed wall unit covers up to 14 m² per unit in well-insulated rooms. Above 15 m², fit two units, and together they still stay under 1 kW.
No. You use it like air conditioning: you switch on the one you need. In a 14 m² room a single unit is fine for most of the winter, and the second radiator goes on during the coldest days of January and February. That active use is what saves the most.
No. The surface works at around 92 °C but stores no energy: it only gives off the heat it generates at that instant. You can touch it while hot without getting burnt. It is NON-luminous infrared, the opposite of a red-hot quartz tube, which works between 500 and 900 °C.
Radiant heat is felt in SECONDS. The first two or three days of use are the ones that dry out the damp in the house and warm up walls and furniture. From then on you feel more heat while spending less: patience creates savings.

No. It does not heat the air or move it: no fan, no noise, no draughts and no dust in suspension.
Like a picture: mark a spot on a clear wall near a socket, drill the hole and fit the screw with its wall plug (both are included). Vertically it hangs from one screw; horizontally, from two. Then plug it in and you're done.
Directly above or below sockets and switches, because that is usually where the cables run. Move a little to one side and there will be no problem. If in doubt, a metal detector will tell you in seconds.
