Hot Feel is not designed to heat the room, but the person sitting at the table. From under the tabletop it directs heat to your legs and the floor, which is where you feel the cold most when you are sitting.
Very little. After one minute it is already warm and you start to feel the heat on your legs. There is no need to switch it on in advance.
Its surface is at around 75 °C and it does not store heat. It is NON-luminous infrared: nothing like a quartz heater, whose elements work at between 500 and 900 °C. It is also fitted under the table, out of the way.
Under the tabletop. It comes with adhesives to fix it in place and 4 screws included. Always fit the screws: the material expands with heat and, without them, the adhesives can come loose within a few days.
It depends on the model: the 60 × 30 cm one is 160 W and the 70 × 40 cm one is 280 W. Switched on for one hour, the small one uses at most 0.16 kWh and the large one 0.28 kWh. Each has its use: the small one for an individual or study desk and the large one for the dining table.

It heats what is close to it, not the whole room. It projects heat downwards, onto your legs and the floor. It does not heat or move the air: it has no fan, so it makes no noise, creates no draughts and does not raise dust.
Hot Feel switches itself off after 10 hours of continuous use, in case you get up from the table and leave it on. To have warm legs again, set the control to 0 for 5 seconds and turn it up to the level you want: it's ready.
It has a 5-year warranty and 90 days to return it.
